About KSB Woodcraft Ltd
Based in Cheadle (Staffordshire), KSB Woodcraft Ltd. is a family-run business, supplying joinery products to the private and public sector throughout Stoke-on-Trent, the Staffordshire Moorlands, and further afield.
At KSB Woodcraft Ltd, we specialise in sash windows. We also manufacture quality timber windows, doors, porches, and other joinery products for domestic and commercial customers, in soft and hard woods to the customers' requirements.
Established as a company in 2009, we have over 10 years experience in the manufacture of timber products.
With a fully fitted workshop and highly skilled and qualified craftsmen, our aim is to provide a cost-effective service helping clients get a quality product at a realistic price.
FREE delivery service
Call us to discuss your requirements and please do not hesitate to ask about our free delivery service. As we are centrally based we offer a free delivery service on many of our jobs.
Delivery Time
Please call us on 01538 755454 for live availability and delivery times based on your requirements; including materials, measurements and quantities. However, we run a very time efficient workshop and typically our lead times on small production runs are:
- For standard windows, or doors, we aim to manufacture them in 1-2 days
- Sash Windows within 4-5 days.
Measuring Service
Feel free to ask if you would prefer us to visit your premises to take the exact measurements. The measurements you take will be fine for the purposes of the quotation but dependant on the size and complexity of the job KSB Woodcraft would be happy to come out to your premises and ensure all of the correct measurements for your sash windows, doors or gates are taken. For some jobs e.g. wooden stair case, wooden banisters or porches a site visit may be a necessity.
You are welcome to visit us at the workshop, where we can discuss your requirements, or we can visit you at your premises at a mutually convenient time to take measurements.
Payment
Payment for Goods is due on delivery, unless other arrangements have been agreed. For large orders, a deposit may be required.
